Brazil Federal Police appointment: get an alert the moment a slot opens

A Brazil Federal Police appointment is almost never available when you look. Agenda Web releases slots in batches, without notice, and they are gone within hours. Pick your unit below and we will email you the moment one appears. Free.

Create an alert

Need help with anything else?

Optional. A partner firm may contact you about these items.

We do not ask for your protocol number or date of birth. We only need to know which calendar to watch and where to send the alert.

Short answer: there is no waiting list on Brazil's Agenda Web. The Federal Police release appointment slots in batches, with no notice and no fixed schedule, and they disappear within hours. The people who get an appointment are the ones who happen to open the portal at the right moment. Vagalerta watches the unit you choose and emails you as soon as a slot appears, so you can go and book it on the official portal. It is free, there is no password to create, and you can cancel at any time.

How does the Federal Police appointment alert work?

  1. You pick the service, state, city and unit and give an email address. It takes under a minute.
  2. We check that unit's availability periodically. You do not need to leave a page open or refresh anything.
  3. When a slot opens, you get the email, naming the unit, the service and the first available month.
  4. You open the official portal and book. The last step is always yours: servicos.pf.gov.br/agenda-web.

One check of ours serves everyone watching the same unit and service, so the load we put on the Federal Police system does not grow with the number of people using this.

Which Federal Police services you can watch

The list comes from the Federal Police system itself and appears in full in the form above. The ones most people arrive here for:

ServiceWho usually needs it
Registration after DOU publicationAnyone whose residence authorisation was published in the Diário Oficial and who now has to register with the PF
Residence authorisationMigranteWeb applications that require attending in person
Change of residence authorisation periodAnyone extending an existing residence permit
CRNM replacement or second copyLost, stolen or damaged card, or a change of details
NaturalisationBrazilian citizenship applications
Stay extension (visitor)Tourists extending their permitted stay
RefugeApplications and renewals

Passports are not covered, and that is not temporary

Brazilian passport appointments are not on Agenda Web. They are on SINPA, a separate system with its own login and a captcha at the entrance. Availability there cannot be checked from outside, and we do not attempt to work around that.

We say this prominently because a large share of people searching for a Federal Police appointment want a passport. If that is you, this tool will not help, and it is better to know now than after signing up.

I filed on MigranteWeb. Where does the Federal Police come in?

MigranteWeb is the Ministry of Justice system where a residence authorisation application is assessed. The Federal Police come in afterwards, for registration and for issuing the CRNM. The usual order is: file on MigranteWeb, assessment, publication of the authorisation in the Diário Oficial da União, and then a Federal Police appointment for registration and biometrics.

That is why "registration after DOU publication" is the most requested service here. It is the step where the application has already been approved and the person now needs a slot at their unit.

Why Agenda Web never shows availability

Because availability is not continuous. Each unit releases blocks of appointments according to its own capacity, with no published calendar and no notice. Between one batch and the next, the system honestly reports that nothing is available, and that is what most people see almost all of the time.

Refreshing more often does not change your odds of a slot existing. It only changes the odds of you looking in the minute one appears, and that minute is exactly what the alert solves.

Deadlines that tend to bite

Registration after DOU

Registration with the Federal Police runs to a deadline counted from publication. Confirm the deadline that applies to your case in the published act itself or with your lawyer, and do not start looking for a slot at the end of it.

Stay extension

An extension has to be requested before your permitted stay expires, not after. A slot that only appears afterwards does not solve the problem.

We do not give legal advice on your case and we do not interpret deadlines for you. This is an availability tool, not an advisory service.

What it costs

Nothing. The alert is free and we do not ask for a card. Booking on the Federal Police site is also free and is done by you, directly on the official portal. If anyone charges you to "secure" an Agenda Web slot, be suspicious.

Do you book for many clients?

Despachantes, immigration lawyers and relocation firms have a paid version with their own dashboard, more frequent checking, Telegram and mobile push alerts, and a page carrying their own branding.

Frequently asked questions

Do you book the appointment for me?

No. We tell you when a slot opens; you book it yourself on the official Federal Police portal. We have no access to your case and we do not fill anything in on your behalf.

Are you connected to the Federal Police?

No. Vagalerta is a private, independent service with no connection to the Federal Police or any government body. We are not an official channel.

Does it work for passport appointments?

No. Passports are booked on SINPA, a separate system with a captcha at the entrance that does not allow availability to be checked from outside. We only cover services that live on Agenda Web.

Do I have to keep refreshing the Federal Police portal?

No. Once your alert is created you can close everything. The checking happens on our side and the notice arrives by email.

How do I get notified?

By email, at the address you give. We do not ask for a phone number for the free alert.

Can I watch more than one unit?

Yes. Create one alert per unit and service combination you care about. Each one is independent.

I got the alert and the slot was already gone. Why?

Because batches are contested and can be exhausted within minutes. The alert greatly improves your chance of looking at the right moment, but it does not reserve or guarantee a slot for anyone.

What if no slot ever opens?

We keep watching. Since the service is free there is nothing to refund, and you can cancel whenever you like using the link at the foot of any email we send.

Is this only for foreigners?

No. Some Agenda Web services, such as naturalisation and certain appointments, involve Brazilian nationals. What matters is that the service is on Agenda Web, not your nationality.

What data do you keep?

Only what the alert needs: the email you give, the unit and service you choose, and minimal technical security records. We do not ask for a protocol number or date of birth, we do not access your case, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising. When you cancel, the data is deleted within 30 days.

Notice. Vagalerta is a private, independent service. We have no connection to the Federal Police or any government body, we are not an official channel, and we charge nothing for this alert. Booking on Agenda Web is free and is done directly by you at servicos.pf.gov.br. We do not guarantee slot availability, and nothing on this page is legal advice.
